This years juror, Becky Alley,

is an artist, curator, creative collaborator, and educator.

“It was a tremendous honor to be invited to jury this years "notBIG(5) The Exhibit.” Whittling over 650 works down to 45 final exhibition pieces was extremely difficult, with many exceptional pieces ultimately being eliminated. The accepted works; while varying in subject matter, material, sensibility, and meaning; all capture in one way or another a sensitivity and intimacy only found in small objects.”

 

After careful consideration she chose the following artworks for awards:
