The orchid was photographed in a studio setting, warped and posterized in post-production and printed on paper painted with a textured acrylic.  The finished photograph has a painterly look that captures the form, texture, fluidity, color and entrancing quality of the orchid.
Mounted on various depth and sizes of cradle board they work well in a group installation.
