There was no intended theme for this art competition; the only requirement was that the artwork had to be 12”x12” or smaller, including the frame.  128 artists from 28 states and 6 countries submitted 380 artworks for consideration.  This year’s juror Nathan Zamarron, LexArts, Community Arts Manager, Lexington, selected 45 artworks to be in the exhibit.  “While looking through the works I saw a vast array of aesthetic and approach to art making.
